Team TLC walk this afternoon. Lillian heads to Surprise, Arizona later this week with The Romano Duo so we made sure to have a walk with the whole team before she leaves. And look at the amazing cloud show we got to see!!

Brings instant calm. The shoulders and jaw relax. The neck releases. And, if one chooses, whatever it is, can be released and let go.

Carefree and Living it Up

July 28 2016:

Team TLC sunset walk on the Damonte Ranch trail. So very cool! We saw a huge fish or two jumping and having a ball in the water. So carefree and living it up!

Plus got to see a few nutria swimming around. I had no idea there were fish in that water. Lots of talking, walking, observing, exploring, and discovery. I simply love, love, love our walks together …. and taking pictures …. Taking pictures inspires me! xoxo

What is this feeling she wraps me with and pours into me? What is a word that encompasses love, joy, peace, gratitude, beauty, the knowing that everything is amazing no matter what’s going on?

Bliss, perhaps? That works for now. I’ll take these blissful times provided by Nature over just about anything else. I love our walks …. xoxo
