Food creativity … Experimenting with how many different foods I can pair and mix with Jasmine rice. My favorite so far is with potatoes. I am desiring simpler meals and this was dinner Tuesday night …. Jasmine rice and baked potato medallions. 🍚 Yum!! xoxo
