Lillian declared today a pajama day and it was Perfect! We spent all day in our pajamas, continued the week long camp out in the living room, did glittery art work, played with Legos and building blocks, played on the computer, watched some DVD’s and ended the day with an hour long Team TLC Dance Party! Thomas’ favorite song was Tina Turner’s Nutbush City!
Thanks to Google I found an awesome pasta sauce. Wanted to see what I could make with the ingredients I had … Mississippi pecans, garlic and pasta. Found a recipe for a pecan garlic sauce. Doesn’t sound that great; but, oh my it was yummy! The pecans are ground with garlic and olive oil and then thinned with the pasta water. Thomas and I both LOVED it!
