Thomas and I attended Green Tara ~ Empowerment *Ritual tonight. So much WOW!! Has anyone experienced something like this?
I was going to attend alone and a barefoot Thomas came chasing me as I was leaving saying he felt compelled to come too. We each received this golden chord blessed by the Dalai Lama. What an incredibly beautiful experience. xoxoxo 🙏🙏🙏💜💜💜
Thomas had an amazing experience right before bed and we stayed up until midnight talking so I could help him process it. In an instant, he had a wave of compassion come over him for one he does not think highly of and one he as judged harshly. He was looking at a “dark” drawing of this person and saw himself as this person, in this person’s shoes. It was incredibly powerful! The power of knowing we are all ONE, will absolutely shift this world to a higher plane. We need more monks to visit more places … xoxo

Single Pointed Meditation this afternoon at Carson City Yoga with Tibetan Heart visiting monks. They are on a Sacred Earth and Healing Arts of Tibet Tour. Just WOW again. Does anyone else practice meditation?
We meditated on compassion, loving kindness, and attempting to pinpoint the self (which can’t be done) as believing there is a solid self is where suffering arises. (Paraphrasing the lama’s teaching.)
Thomas and I attended an event last night too. And it was amazing. I am so incredibly grateful to have experienced both of these events. We will try and make at least one of the South Lake Tahoe events. xoxo

The Lama trains for 25 years from 5 am to midnight, six days a week and then he attends 2-3 years of a specialized training/college to be able to offer the ceremonies like he did tonight.
Tonight Thomas and I attended a Chay Drol Healing Ceremony at Blue Angel Cafe in South Lake Tahoe facilitated by the Gaden Shartse Monks (Sacred Earth and Healing Arts of Tibet Tour). Their tour is almost complete in this area. Two more days, I believe. One can literally feel the kindness and compassion vibrating from this beautiful Lama and his monk companions.
Anyone who has done energy, healing work for me knows that I have issues that flare at times on the right side of my gut area/gall bladder area.
I was extremely blessed to feel moved to ask the lama to bless this area for me. I released much during the ceremony, yet felt the need for this too. Green Tara worked her mojo on me! HA! I could feel things shooting out me.
He ever so gently stood next to me and placed his hands in this area while chanting blessings. The picture of us is afterwards.
Thomas asked the Lama to bless his metal water bottle, also. These are such beautiful souls spreading the message of non-violence, compassion, love, kindness and enlightenment for all who wish to receive.
Description of the ceremony: Chay Drol Healing Ceremony
Literally translated, ‘Chay Drol’ means to make free of obstacles. Chay Drol is a ritual that helps to remove the obstacles that prevent one from achieving enlightenment.
The procedure begins with the Lama going into deep meditation and generating himself in the form of a deity. He then places colored strings and pieces of cloth on various parts of the participant’s body.
Through ritual, the strings and pieces of cloth will be transformed to physically represent the obstacles of the participant.
Finally, the Lama will use ‘Wisdom Weapons’ to cut the ‘obstacles’ from the participant, thereby freeing him/her and opening the door to liberation. A colorful and participatory ceremony.
