Josephine

Creatively written story of Josephine Baker, born in 1906 in St. Louis Missouri. She loved to dance and perform and became a star doing it. More so in France because of her skin color. She went to Paris at about 15 years old to perform and stayed there.

She believed that people of all races could live together in harmony. She worked tirelessly against racial discrimination in the United States.
