This was delicious! And easy to make. Vegan Chik’n salad, on crackers as I didn’t make it home with my bread. 😋😋😋 It was in my cart, but not on the receipt. So weird!

This was absolutely mouthwateringly delicious. I made vegan eggplant Parmesan for dinner tonight. I ate an hour ago and I can’t stop thinking about it. 😂 So good.
