Great movie! Entertaining, full of legendary music, buffered by learning more about James Brown, including his faults. Really enjoyed it!

Extra movie night for me and Thomas – “The Birds” …
We’re beginning our October Extra Movie Night Extravaganza, where we watch our favorite Halloween or “scary” movies with a new one or two thrown in.
Thomas had never seen this.
I don’t remember the bird sounds being so annoying. Or maybe I just had a very weird day with unexpected mayhem; which led to the bird sounds being annoying. 😱🤪 (I used to be a huge Alford Hitchcock fan. I wrote a research paper on him and his style for one of my college classes.)

Last night was an extra movie night for me, with Thomas joining. We’ve already seen this, but I’m watching all of Chadwick Boseman’s movies.
I also wanted to see this again after the research, reading, listening, and watching I’ve been doing since May, and continue to do. I’m glad I did as I received it differently this time around.
