Throwback Post: Weird COVID19 Dream

Dream last night:

I was at the grocery store, in the check out line. Saw a friend behind me (Carolyn R Smith) and gave her a huge hug … It’s been so long since we’ve seen each other. She was resisting my hug; which I thought was uncharacteristic. (Carolyn!! I hope you felt my hug!! Miss you, SongBird! xoxo)

As I pulled away, I remembered, oh shit! I’m not supposed to do that and that’s why she was acting weird! I apologized to Carolyn, everyone in the line, and the cashier. Then I noticed they were all standing too close to each other. As I was thinking, WTF is going on … I woke up!

I should add that I haven’t been inside a store in 19 days!! HA! Throwback photo to 2015 … I’m a People Hugger, Rock Hugger, and especially a Tree Hugger .. Trees are amazing to hug!

**Editing to add: I’m not feeling uncomfortable. This dream cracks me up! I’m an introverted extrovert 🙃😜.. So, nothing much with my personal life has changed, other than not being able to go to the store. Along with being deeply saddened by all that’s happening.

Throwback Post: Volcanic Like Eruption

An experience and opportunity for growth and learning presented itself yesterday with the amazing Lillian. She had a meltdown with a volcanic like eruption as we left the grocery store. I ended up having to pull over at the highway entrance ramp and get out of the car for a moment. I took some deep breaths, prayed to see this differently, and looked down at the ground. This was shining up at me. After that, Lillian chose to use one of the mindfulness techniques we’ve been learning. She got out, chose a rock, held it in her hands and focused on it. Yesterday I was reminded not to let the lower self take over, even if the other person has. Always respond with love. Love is THE answer … May you choose LOVE today …. xoxo … I am in the middle of writing a blog post about the journey with Lillian since this past December. Will share when it is complete and I’m thinking it will be in third person again like the last post …

Throwback Post: Massage Car

Thomas could tell I was just plain tired tonight while cooking dinner … He washed the dishes for me, helped with whatever he could and then after dinner he used the “massage car” on my back for a good 30 minutes. Told me I could go ahead and go to sleep while he was massaging my back if I wanted … I came pretty darn close to it. He adds so much to my happy heart!

Throwback Post: Beautiful and Loving Moments Everywhere You Go

It is possible to have beautiful, loving moments anywhere. I stopped by Trader Joe’s after packing the last of Team TLC’s belongings and on my way back to The Romano Duo’s house. Ran into an old friend and we shared such a love filled time right there in the middle of the store. For me, all people vanished except for the two of us, the store vanished and we were on our own little island. I have no idea how much time passed and it was beautiful and inspiring. Take advantage of those moments, wherever and whenever they are presented to you … it will benefit everyone involved; even the surrounding people not specifically involved. Happy love filled Sunday! xoxo
