Here’s to the last week of summer break for Team TLC …. Celebrating with just about the only fast food we eat!! Here’s to the upcoming new adventures …

Lillian made my and her bedroom “fancy” yesterday. She rearranged the pillows on the beds and added special rocks to the dressers and nightstands. She loves what I’ve done to the spare bedroom in converting it to a Reiki Oasis … cleared out some things, added a bamboo plant, candles, rocks and stones. She says it’s open and fancy now! HA! Love that she feels rocks add to the fanciness of a room!

Lillian and I got a wonderful surprise at the eye doctor this morning. Ran into Jessica Adams Bischopink and handsome David!! YAY! I was kinda worn out after a not so lovely flip out meltdown from the beautiful Lillian as she really didn’t want to go! Eyes are the same. Nearsighted. She should be wearing glasses but …. I suppose if it gets worse she will change her mind!

Ask for help and you shall receive …
Thomas got angry the other night and it was spilling out of him in unkind ways. He asked me for help in getting past the moment and was not liking anything I suggested. It was time for our nightly reading and “A Pebble for Your Pocket” is what we are currently reading.
I opened to where we had stopped the night before and this is where we were to begin again, “When We Are Angry”. Thomas stopped me after reading the title and halfway through the first sentence and said that I had chosen that on purpose. “No, Thomas, I did not. This is where we stopped last night. You asked for help and here it is.”
I felt his energy shift just from hearing this. He was glued to the entire section. May you be open to receive the answers you ask for too! LOVE!! xoxo

Team TLC Movie Night – Double Feature – Lillian’s choice: “Home” and “Holiday Inn”

Chad Basil the First update. Basil has been with us a month and a half now. 🤍🐈⬛🤍
He’s leaving the safety underneath Thomas’s bed more, exploring more of his new home. His litter box and food are now out of Thomas’s room. Basil knows that’s still his safe space though.
He likes to play with the wand toy, and will play with me now. He’s still not ready to be touched, giving us lots of laughs. I was playing with Basil. He landed on my slippers, jumped up and hissed at my slippers. 😂🤣😂
Love when he hides under my bed. 😂🤣😂 See photo of a Basil tail. I’ve had to send him to his room a couple of nights, as that’s when he wants to explore and make noise, waking me up.
Just this past week, he got the courage to jump. Up until then he had not left the floor! He’s discovered Thomas’s window sill, and the birds feeding at the bird feeder.
For about an hour last night, he slept on Thomas’s desk. First time he’s slept anywhere other than under Thomas’s bed. 👏👏👏
Basil had his first case of the zoomies last night, too. At the same time I was going to bed. He nearly got sent to his room. 😂😳😂

Very special Team TLC Movie Night adventure tonight! Thomas starts kindergarten on Monday . . . They loved the animated short before the movie started. We certainly found a reason to be glad today!! How about y’all?
