Wonderful and COLD walk this afternoon. Brrrr! Nature is the perfect reset button for me. Deeply grateful. 🙏💙

Welcoming committee of one this afternoon as I crossed one of the foot bridges. Cutest lil rubber duckie with a message to go with the flow and be in the moment as that’s where the power exists and is available.

Ian Moran and Anne Weasley … I thought of Susan and just know this was her way of hugging me and happy dancing. She must know something I don’t! 💛💛💛🧡🧡🧡

Cold and beautiful sunset walk today. Time just keeps on a moving and brings her sidekick, changes. Change. The one thing we’re guaranteed to experience.

The beautiful thing about change is that we can change the way we experience change by loving ourself through it. I so Love this Earth dearly!💙🌏💚

Wonderful walk this afternoon. I’ve come such a long way in living a heart centered life aligned with my beliefs, not being concerned with what that looks like to others, nor whether others approve.

Yet, when the “disapproval” is from the ones I’ve been blessed to call my kids; I’ve still got some work to do. Big ole trigger. Went for a walk so I could be with that sucky trigger, feeling it, and loving it. Deeply grateful for love and Nature. 💚🍁🧡💙🌏💙🧡🍁💚

Lillian and I spent a few minutes in the library garden yesterday after doing our volunteer work. Team TLC used to visit the garden after every library visit. Beautiful memories! 💚💚💚
