Lillian and Camilla December 2020 Date Day

Got some yummy food to go from Noble Pie Parlor – Summit Reno. Took a couple of photos of the inside as it’s got a good vibe. One day soon hopefully we’ll actually eat inside the joint!!
French fries for both of us. Fried polenta with “meatballs”, and marina sauce for me. This is now my new favorite dish (plus the fries – the best fries!!!) from Noble Pie!! All vegan, too!! Yes!! 🎉🎉🎉

For dessert, Lillian had a dark chocolate Christmas pretzel, with a Cocomel dark chocolate sea salt caramel for me.

Ending with a sunset walk in one of our favorite places. ❤️❤️❤️

Lillian and Camilla November 2020 Date Day

French fries from Noble Pie Parlor – Summit Reno for both of us, with a Trader Joe’s spicy lentil wrap for me. ❤️😋❤️

Dessert of a white chocolate dipped cookie for Lillian and a couple of squares of this amazing new chocolate I just discovered at Trader Joe’s. 🖤😋🖤

Then we took a walk in one of our favorite places, followed by a drive around our old neighborhood. 💜💐💜

Thomas and Camilla November 2020 Date Day

Lunch from Ike’s Love & Sandwiches: “Meatball” sandwich for me, Jaymee Sirewich for Thomas, with fries for both of us. Followed by a Cocomel Sea Salt caramel for dessert. 😋😋😋

After lunch we drove to where Scripts Wildlife Preserve and Washoe Lake meet for a brutal wind whipped walk. Our wind does not mess around! After our crazy walk, we drove around the lake, always so peaceful. 💨💨💨

First: House of Mexica for lunch. I absolutely love this place!! They are an all vegan restaurant and have a huge menu.

I had 3 Hibiscus tacos with a side of asada fries that we both shared. Washed down with Jaimaca. Everything was perfection!!! Who knew dried hibiscus flowers mimicked shredded meat when sautéed? 😋😋😋

Thomas had the bacon lord burger, washed down with Horchata.

Second stop: A walk around Bartley Ranch

Yesterday was the Lillian and Camilla October 2020 Date Day

First stop: I picked up an order of fries for Lillian and we had a great lunch at home.

Next stop: A trip to Wilbur May Arboretum. So much gorgeousness = tons of photos!

Last stop: Lillian picked out her pumpkin and chose a sugar cookie with red icing, in the shape of an apple.

Thomas and Camilla September Date Day

Part 1 – Lunch to go from Sawasdee

Avocado curry for me. Spring rolls for both of us, and sweet sticky rice with mango, with a Thai tea for me and boba drink for Thomas.

Part 2 – Swimming in the afternoon and a movie after dinner. He and I have been watching the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. Last night was number 3 – “At World’s End”

Thomas and Camilla August 2020 Date Day …

First stop, picked up an order of Roasted Veggie Tacos from Great Full Gardens for me.

Next stop, Icecycle Creamery for a #4 sandwich and a scoop of nutmeg and scoop of key lime pie ice cream for Thomas.

Then to Audrey Harris park for a car picnic to eat our goodies. We normally would have taken a walk, but air quality from the fires is too poor.

Last stop: A movie at TLC Theater! Thomas just finished reading, ‘Heart of Darkness’ so he wanted to watch ‘Apocalypse Now’ since it was based on the book.
