Sunday night we drove through the light display at Washoe Campgrounds. It was fun to have all of Team TLC in the car, being silly together.

Tightening of the herbst appliance, and upper braces added yesterday. Next appointment is in February to tighten the herbst appliance again. Thank you to all who helped make this happen.

Describe your ideal Christmas.
My kids and I would spend Christmas week in a cozy cottage in the forest. I would wake to find a steady flow of plump snowflakes falling, the ground covered in a sparkling, thick layer of snow. While the kids are still sleeping, I sit in front of the fire, with a view of the trees, my hands wrapped around a mug of hot coffee, made from freshly ground beans. I spend time reading while taking in the beauty of the moment.
Later in the day, after gifts have been exchanged, we bundle ourselves, going for a breathtaking walk amongst the snow covered trees. When we return we unbundle, slip into bathing suits, and have a soak in the warm, relaxing jacuzzi. We end the day by watching a favorite movie before drifting into a peaceful, restful sleep.

Isn’t he the cutest??!! Basil has finally started to venture from under Thomas’s bed. I told Thomas he has to take a photo of him every day until I can see him in person. 🤣😂🤣
Basil has been with us for one week now. He’s finally relaxing a little, not yet ready to leave Thomas’s room. I love his little white mustache and white toes. His full name is Chad Basil the First. 😂 We call him Basil.
You wouldn’t dare to think that he yowled for 3 nights straight in a row with that cute lil face, would you?? No, not him! Thank goodness we figured out the issue …. He wanted under Thomas’s bed.

Lunch at Great Full Gardens South Meadows Reno.
Courageous Cappuccino, and veggie burrito with cashew cheese for me. Red Velvet Latte, and soup sampler for Thomas. Heirloom Caprese with house made cashew cheese for both of us.
We are ready for Spider-man now!!

It’s an adaption of Matt Haig’s book of the same name. My favorite of his books that I’ve read so far is How to Stop Time, with Midnight Library following that.
