April 9 2017:
Finally finished! Skeleton key wind chimes. Hung from an awesome stick with a snug little pocket that was perfect for a small chunk of tigers eye.
Tigers eye beads and crystal beads to correspond with each of the seven main chakra colors. Anchored with a seahorse key for strength and power and infused with Reiki. Just need to snip the excess lines.
This one is heading to its new home in Oregon, yet I am creating more. No two will be exactly alike as I’m letting myself be intuitively guided and the treasures being used are upcycled items and gifts from nature (sticks and bark etc).
You can choose from further creations or we can discuss a custom creation that is specifically for you and your present moment journey.

Team TLC movie night – My choice: “Whale Rider” –
I say, “A wonderful, magical, and inspiring story about listening to the knowing of the heart …. and following it no matter what.”
Thomas says, “Good, interesting, story line good, plot twist cool, and original idea.”
Lillian says, “Good, better than expected, emotional, and 50% recommended.”
April 19 2017:
Thomas and I are excited for the Alchemist Theatre presents “Earth” tonight. We’ll have a table with our books and handmade wind chimes. Thomas designed one yesterday and it’s powerful!
Half of the proceeds go towards our trip to the Chromosome 18 family conference this year. Here’s another I created.
Hematite beads to support protection and staying grounded.
Three strands with each color of the seven chakras represented with a crystal bead or freshwater pearl. Anchored with three beautiful golden skeleton keys to open the door for working with the Root Chakra and transforming negative energies into positive. Rounded out with an infusion of Reiki during the entire creation process.
I am winding down this nature inspired project so if you are interested in having one let me know. I’ve got two custom creations to complete and will be moving on as inspired. April 2 2017:
Team TLC movie night: Lillian’s choice – “Moana” … Put it on hold at the library in January. Finally got it! Only had about 70 holds ahead of us!
Lillian says, “Good, worth watching, musical, awesome, 100% recommended, great, amazing, little bit historical, and my favorite part was when Moana sang ‘How Far I’ll Go’.”
I say, “Liked this much more than I thought I would. Wonderful message of listening and following the song of the heart … even if we don’t understand it.”
Thomas says, “Message was good, but it could have been a ton better.”

“What do you want to invent?” -Thomas Darnell ….
Thanks to a tip from Lisa Prakelt Gallaway several weeks ago during our coffee chat I have begun a new tradition of asking Thomas and Lillian as I’m tucking each of them into bed, “What would you like to talk about?”
Tonight Thomas wanted to know what I want to invent. Well, Thomas, thanks for making my brain kick into gear!! GREAT idea Lisa! Thanks for sharing it with me! Team TLC loves it!

Windy and cold, cold, cold sunset walk with Lillian yesterday.
She has random aches and pains. Her knee started aching and I told her we could head back if she needed. Her response, “No, I’m not gonna let this knee stop me.” xoxo

When I posted a few days ago asking for keys, I had no idea we’d be gifted these beauties! WOW!!! Thank you Matthew McDowell!!
If you have no longer used keys, we’ll take them. They don’t have to be fancy like these. Plain ole keys will work too!!
We are in creation mode and will be combining these with other recycled items and a bit of natures gifts. I think we’re finally ready to start making! Earth Art!! xoxo

Lillian and Camilla March 2017 Date Day – First stop: Stoneage to ooh and ahh over the lovely crystals gemstones.
Then the hobby store for more window shopping and super glue. Next, picking out a yummy dessert.
Made our way home to have dessert and then lunch. Yum!! A sparkly Easter themed cookie for Lillian and a vegan apple cinnamon muffin for me.
Ending our date with a beautiful and warm walk. xoxo

February 24 2014:
A couple of weeks ago Lillian asked me what my Mom and I had been talking about earlier in the day. I told her that we were talking about how things weren’t going as planned. She said to me,
“You’ve got to just make the best of it.”
Told her she was right on about that and that I’d already been inspired with a new plan … Came to me after Thomas and I went for a walk in the rain. I am so inspired when Lillian mirrors my own advice back to me ……
And, since this happened, things didn’t go as planned once again and I, yet again, was inspired with a new plan! I am certainly learning some valuable life lessons about expectations and patience in the last couple of months! Learning, Growing and Lovin’! Yahooo!
