Sunset walk with Lillian yesterday. Incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Nature is a blessing. She does her best to fill us up when we’re feeling empty. She also adds to our joy and peace when we’re joyful and peaceful. Mother Nature is the Best!!
June 18 2017:
Sunset visit to one of our favorite parks to throw frisbee and for Thomas to test the drone that a friend gifted to him. He got it up a few times, just needs to study it a bit more.
Then we took our family walk. It was such a beautiful sunset. Wonderful clouds and birds with a light breeze. It was the perfect balance to an arguing Thomas and Lillian.
Incredibly grateful to nature for having been with us all these years …. for being my partner in holding a space for joy, complaining, fun, peace, forgiveness, and transmuting.

Thomas and I got to pick strawberries at a friends house this morning. Oh my gosh! Sweet, yummy, fruit ecstasy!! Look how beautiful!!! I may or my not have put a huge dent in these while driving home. Thanks so much Bob!!! xoxoxo

Had the most amazing blissful, peaceful, and love infused meditative swim this morning. I got to rescue a wee lady bug whose little legs running over my fingers felt like kisses of gratitude … Ahhhhhhh … Thank you … And, bring me more please … xoxo

Sunset walk with all of Team TLC yesterday. More shadow fun, sun rays fun, picture taking fun, and Thomas established countries for each section of the lake; complete with types of currency used.

Quick walk this morning with a wee sit to take it all in. The cormorants, blue-billed ducks, and black-necked stilt have all returned!!! YAY!!

Lillian and I had a wonderful walk yesterday afternoon.
Beautiful tree that even makes a beautiful shadow! Me and the tree shadow.
And, the first goslings of spring!!! Yay! I’m so excited to see all the wee little babies. The killdeer are back too!!! Love, love, love!!

Thomas and I did our walk different today. Hit tennis balls, then sat in the shade for yummy sour dough bread and grapes. Then a walk around the soccer field. xoxo

Team TLC walk at Wilbur May Arboretum today. Being outdoors with these two is like a healing ointment that soothes the sore spots.
There was some heavy duty rubbing of one another’s thorns just before heading out for our walk. Nature is wonderful at bringing everyone back to center.

Windy and cold, cold, cold sunset walk with Lillian yesterday.
She has random aches and pains. Her knee started aching and I told her we could head back if she needed. Her response, “No, I’m not gonna let this knee stop me.” xoxo

Thomas and I went on a great afternoon walk and found a cool surprise message! Thank you to who ever created this great surprise! We left it for another lucky person to find.
Then we hit pinecones into the water. He asked if we could go for a walk and hit pinecones on our date this Saturday. I would love nothing more Thomas!!
