We had a very low key, stay at home Easter Sunday. Thomas and Lillian each got some of their favorite things and some surprises. We hid plastic eggs in the house and had a great time finding them!

“You’re different than the others.” – Thomas said to me last night.
He said my responses weren’t what people would normally say. Lillian was sticking her tongue out at me and my response was, “What a beautiful, sweet tongue.” and then she tried poking me and I said, “Look at those beautiful, crooked, special little fingers. Aren’t they just amazing?”
She’s got crooked pinky fingers and her ring fingernail is bumpy due to her chromosome deletion. I had been doing that throughout day. Guess it caught his attention. HA!

Dear Lillian Darnell,
You have indeed changed my life … Before you even arrived you made it clear that you were going to live life on your terms, being who you were meant to be. I had plans. You taught me that plans aren’t why we’re here. You were the catalyst to breakthrough after breakthrough in my own journey home.
A journey of remembering who I am, my own worthiness, and my purpose for being here. And, ultimately for learning to live my life from love and not fear, making choices based on love and not fear. This has, indeed, changed my life for the better! I am eternally grateful that you are the “L” in our Team TLC; full of love and always YOU!! I look forward with great joy to all of our “future” present moments!

Gratitude for the Marvelous Marvs!! I read a Hay House newsletter the other day that ended with a suggestion to write down the names of the most positive people in your life and the people who have changed your life for the better.
It was further suggested to take the time right now to write one of them a letter or dedicate a post to them on Facebook. Tell them how you feel. Don’t just say it, write it down. It has much more meaning when you take the time to put it in physical form and write it down. I decided I’d like to do this for about a week or so.

Once long ago, there lived a family of trees in a faraway land of Tree Land. The trees names were Pine, Cherry, Apple, and Fire (also known as Delphine). They all lived happily in their home which was called the Palace of Fruit. One day, an invitation arrived at the Palace of Fruit.
The invitation had said that the Ice King was having a tree ball to find the perfect tree for him to decorate. After the family of trees read the invitation, they knew that they had to have the most beautiful dress ever.
So Cherry and Apple went to Fashionable Blooms Store to look for a gorgeous dress. Meanwhile, Pine and Fire went to Fairytale Blossoms Store for a pretty dress. Cherry and Apple realized that they were in the wrong store so they went to Fairytale Blossoms Store instead.
While Cherry and Apple were at Fairytale Blossoms Store, Pine and Fire also had realized that they had been in the wrong store. So Pine and Fire went to Fashionable Blooms Store instead.

It was volunteer day at the library for Lillian Darnell and I today. This was the largest hold list we’ve ever had!! 109 holds! Took us two hours and ten minutes! WOW!
It’s usually half that! Lillian was a trooper. Worked the entire time pulling those holds! As we were driving home, she said that every part of her was tired, except for her arms. xoxo

Tonight was read-together-on-my-bed-while-listening-to-classical-guitar-music night. We kinda love books … and music. xoxo
It was also get-invited-into-Thomas’ lair night. He showed me this cool community alongside a beach that he had created. He built me a little community of tiny houses on the beachfront. One for each Team member. My question: “When do we move in?”
February 22 2018:
Dominoes tonight! Lillian made domino stairs. These were really cool as when you placed a domino at the top, it would slide down! Wheeee!!!! I love standing them so as to give that first one a push and watch em fall!

And Thomas’ community has expanded since last night! Wow! I told him I have to move now cause it’s too crowded! Then he showed me that he left my wee little beachside community in tact and far away from the rest.
See that small square shape on the beach near the top right corner? That’s it. Told him I would stay as long as I could get everything I needed there. Yep! There are two markets and everything else I’d need. Ha! xoxo
February 23 2018:
Thomas and I had a workout this morning. We carried these boxes down from the third floor and then walked them over to huge bins behind the building. Took us about 30-40 minutes. AKA: Homeschool PE … HA!!

How can she clearly pronounce cuss words even though she is speech impaired and I can usually only understand half of what she says? ….. I was in the other room and heard Lillian about to have a throw down with the computer ….
Thought to myself .. “I understood THAT word!” Made me giggle. Hope it makes you laugh too!
