Helping Thomas write a blog post this morning that relates to the letter he mailed himself just over a year ago! So synchronistic how we were house sitting for The Romano Duo in this house when he wrote it and now while we are in this house again; we are moving forward with an idea born that day …. I love LOVE! Four dollar movie for Team TLC! We saw Rio 2 … Good for some laughs and fun tunes, with a great message that Different iz Good and things don’t always have to be done the way they’ve always been done! I was sad to see they don’t have the love chair seats anymore …. oh well, we enjoyed them the few times we got to use them!

Thomas accidentally left LEGO photographer man at The Romano Duo Casa! Oh NO! Not to worry as he made his way home this morning. He got to ride with The Romano Duo to Team TLC HappYville as they headed on the way to Laughlin this morning. YAY! He’s home!

Today was the day Thomas only has one class so I wait at TMCC. More beautiful flowers, and I explored the library this time. I love the library. Great chairs and tables to read, or do work, with an amazing view from the second floor.

Reno broke the high temp record yesterday. Previous record high was in 1944 at 96 degrees. We broke another record a couple of days ago. 🥵🔥🔥🔥

Throwback Post: Thomas Knows and Slight Hearing Loss and Swimming and Walking

July 30 2014:

Thomas knows Lillian is not thrilled to have his arm around her …. So he just kind of hovers it over her shoulder!

Lillian had another hearing test today which confirmed slight hearing loss in right ear and even more so in left ear. Next is an ENT doctor to make sure nothing is wrong in there. Lillian already says she will NOT wear a hearing aide.

Great swim after the hearing testing, fun game of UNO, and another awesome walk! Date day for me and Thomas tomorrow. YAY!

There are times when a swim feels amazing and then there are times like today. Those times when all that exists is you and the water with an indescribably peaceful feeling …. Floating and feeling the water against ones skin. Today has been weird. This was a blessing in the weirdness! xoxo
