Fries and a smiley face sugar cookie for her. Peanut Udon Noodle Salad with a peanut ginger dressing and trail mix cookie for me.

Plus, a lovely walk at Wilbur May Arboretum.

A lovely walk at Wilbur May Arboretum. It’s hard not to take a hundred photos at this beautiful place. Nature held space for us to have some sobering conversations about relationships. Which is why I included the serious face photo. Ha!

Closing with an after sunset walk with more difficult discussions. Nature is the perfect setting for this.

Thomas and Camilla June 2020 Date Day

First stop: Yakisoba style spicy bowl and Rangoon for Thomas from Teriyaki Madness. Red miso ramen for me, from my kitchen. Dessert: Vanilla bean “ice cream” sandwich.

Second stop: Galena Bitterbrush Trail. Ended the walk with seeing a doe and buck. Beautiful.

Fries from Ike’s and lemon cheesecake cookie from Whole Foods for Lillian. Fabulous French onion from GreatFull Gardens and Coconut Bliss chocolate walnut brownie “ice cream” for me.

Part 1: Burger Me fries for Lillian, followed by Great Full Garden snickerdoodle cookie. Tomato soup with Stuffed portobello mushroom for me (Great Full Gardens), followed by Coconut Bliss Chocolate Walnut Brownie (my favorite so far).

Part 2: Lillian’s first walk in over 2 months! The wind welcomed her back in full force!! 🌿🥀🥀🥀🌿

Part 1: Lunch for pick up from Bangkok Cuisine

This is exactly what I wanted, have been wanting for a few months. Great selection of vegan items, too.

I had Vegan Fresh Rolls with peanut sauce for an appetizer; which I split with Thomas, Penang Curry for the main course, followed by an amazing dessert of Sweet Rice with Coconut. 😋😋😋

Thomas had Chicken Penang Curry, Thai Omelet with Tomato & Onions, and Sweet Rice with Mangos fir dessert.

Part 2: A walk in a new-to-Thomas spot. He liked it!!

First “stop”: Lunch from Teriyaki Madness. Spicy chicken bowl for Thomas. Spicy tofu bowl for me. Eaten at The TLC Casa. 💚💚💚

Tip for vegans: Ask them to cook your dish in a wok, otherwise it is fried in the same oil as the meat dishes. They were happy to make it work so I didn’t have to order lunch from two different places.

Second stop: Washoe Lake

Fries and dessert at Team TLC Casa with our lovely sky view (bonus watching the massive amount of ongoing construction as they finish the clubhouse and pool along with the remaining buildings).

Fries from Burger Me for Lillian with a snickerdoodle cookie from Great Full Gardens. Peanut butter chocolate chip cookie for me.

We may continue the date after dinner. We shall see what Ms. Queen for the Day wants.

Part 2: An after dinner drive around South Reno.

Thomas and Camilla March 2020 Date Day

First stop: A car picnic with a sandwich for me from Ike’s and ice cream, and a sandwich for Thomas from Icecycle Creamery. Then to Audrey Harris Park for our car picnic, with an amazing view.

Second stop: A walk around the loop to Bartley Ranch, and back up to Audrey Harris Park. Check out all the photos of that amazing cloud. I couldn’t stop taking pictures of it. 💙💙💙
