Books!!!
The coconut bread was a success today. I made it for myself and Thomas and Lillian are eatin’ it up! Taste great warm with a bit of ghee. Can’t wait to taste it with some almond butter. Yum!!

A truck to use for moving, a job offer, another potential job opportunity, several writing opportunities, a blog set up, a place to stay with another family if needed, and $8,414 … in just 2 weeks of creating and sharing my blog post. My heart and soul overflow with gratitude and love for all y’all! I am staying open to all opportunities, blessings and miracles that arise. I will be creating a monthly package for ongoing blog maintenance as soon as I get this house packed. More purging and packing today and dropping off an application for an apartment. I like that the give away pile is growing bigger than the keep pile!

I sure am glad that cars come with these handy little books that tell you how to do “stuff” with the car. Oil, transmission fluid and coolant all checked today. That poor baby was thirsty, needed oil and antifreeze.

Thomas was eating chips and picante sauce with me. Said “Mmmmm, this is good! I’ve got hot sauce tongue” – and then kept on eating and eating and eating it! Gotta get this kid down to a real crawfish boil one day soon and see how he likes that!

The Romano Duo made it home about two hours ago. Minus a piece of luggage that wanted a beach vacation in Florida! Oh no! Hope it makes it’s way back to them. We sure enjoyed having them here!

Another loaf of coconut bread made!! I think this is about the 4th loaf and I make it different every time. I know some of you wanted the recipe. I”ll get that put together as soon as I can. This time I added vanilla and cinnamon! So good!!! (Next time, I may get all crazy and try adding cocoa and make a chocolate loaf!) YUM!!!!

After almost a TWO hour meltdown for both Thomas and Lillian and then having to earn our adventure back … We are finally off for a picnic adventure!!

My son Thomas has to have the most exciting life of any 5 year old I know. Told me that today at Ms. Kat’s they went to the airport and then flew to Africa and they also learned Spanish! Seriously now – I really don’t remember doing as many adventurous and exciting things in my childhood!
