Just back from a walk with my first “Walk With Me” client who is at the beginning stages of learning the art of mindfulness and letting go of many things. Our mindful walk was the perfect piece to add to the clients tool bag.
Listen to the serenade we received from the birds and what a treat with the abundance of wildlife.

On our sunset walk Thursday night Thomas answered a question from a friend. What does he like most and/or why does he like going for walks? I couldn’t remember the question so was fumbling with it. I am moved to add a “simpler” version to the “Walk With Me” nature-based coaching sessions I offer.
This offering does not include coaching, we simply take a walk together. The charge is $10/mile. The little lake where we live is about a mile and a half when walked around twice, so that would be $15.
We take our pets for walks as we know it’s good for them. Why not take ourselves for walks too? We can walk in silence, we can chat, or I can help you to reconnect with nature and inner peace.
