Afternoon walk for me. I am in the depths of a peace and calm that are in divine time and grace. Feeling incredibly grateful for all the years of deep meditation and blessings of nature. And …. look …. babies!!!! I love the little goslings!!

Beautiful blossoming tree greeting us after Lillian’s physical therapy this morning. One Wednesday of PT remains and then we are done!! After about 6 years. Next Wednesday will call for a celebration! xoxo

Quick walk this morning with a wee sit to take it all in. The cormorants, blue-billed ducks, and black-necked stilt have all returned!!! YAY!!

Thomas and I did our walk different today. Hit tennis balls, then sat in the shade for yummy sour dough bread and grapes. Then a walk around the soccer field. xoxo

Team TLC walk at Wilbur May Arboretum today. Being outdoors with these two is like a healing ointment that soothes the sore spots.
There was some heavy duty rubbing of one another’s thorns just before heading out for our walk. Nature is wonderful at bringing everyone back to center.

Windy and cold, cold, cold sunset walk with Lillian yesterday.
She has random aches and pains. Her knee started aching and I told her we could head back if she needed. Her response, “No, I’m not gonna let this knee stop me.” xoxo

Thomas and I went on a great afternoon walk and found a cool surprise message! Thank you to who ever created this great surprise! We left it for another lucky person to find.
Then we hit pinecones into the water. He asked if we could go for a walk and hit pinecones on our date this Saturday. I would love nothing more Thomas!!
