**THROWBACK POST**
December 22 2012:
Y’all don’t forget that the customers can hear inside the bank when you are outside using the drive through!! No worries … this is a FEEL GOOD post.
I was in the bank yesterday and overheard a customer being grumpy about having to show her driver’s license to cash a check as the teller was new and didn’t know her yet. I smiled at the young lady helping me and said “That customer just needs some love and kindness.”
The bank employee helping Ms. Grumpy continued to be kind and apologize for the inconvenience. Ms. Grumpy sent over her DL and the teller cashed her check. When the teller sent the money out, Ms. Grumpy apologized for being grumpy. The two chatted happily about what each of them were cooking for the holidays and off Ms. Grumpy went .. EXCEPT, she had left behind Ms. Grumpy and drove away Ms. HappY …
I looked at the teller helping me and said, “See, she just needed some love.” I left HappY and both tellers were happy and smiling too!
February 18 2018:
It was Princess puzzles tonight. We love puzzles!! xoxo
February 21 2018:
It was volunteer day at the library for Lillian Darnell and I today. This was the largest hold list we’ve ever had!! 109 holds! Took us two hours and ten minutes! WOW!
It’s usually half that! Lillian was a trooper. Worked the entire time pulling those holds! As we were driving home, she said that every part of her was tired, except for her arms. xoxo

Tonight was read-together-on-my-bed-while-listening-to-classical-guitar-music night. We kinda love books … and music. xoxo
It was also get-invited-into-Thomas’ lair night. He showed me this cool community alongside a beach that he had created. He built me a little community of tiny houses on the beachfront. One for each Team member. My question: “When do we move in?”
February 22 2018:
Dominoes tonight! Lillian made domino stairs. These were really cool as when you placed a domino at the top, it would slide down! Wheeee!!!! I love standing them so as to give that first one a push and watch em fall!
February 22 2018:
And Thomas’ community has expanded since last night! Wow! I told him I have to move now cause it’s too crowded! Then he showed me that he left my wee little beachside community in tact and far away from the rest.
See that small square shape on the beach near the top right corner? That’s it. Told him I would stay as long as I could get everything I needed there. Yep! There are two markets and everything else I’d need. Ha! xoxo
February 23 2018:
Thomas and I had a workout this morning. We carried these boxes down from the third floor and then walked them over to huge bins behind the building. Took us about 30-40 minutes. AKA: Homeschool PE … HA!!

December 11 2013:
Pondering something deep …
How can she clearly pronounce cuss words even though she is speech impaired and I can usually only understand half of what she says? ….. I was in the other room and heard Lillian about to have a throw down with the computer ….
Thought to myself .. “I understood THAT word!” Made me giggle. Hope it makes you laugh too!
February 12 2018:
Tonight it was Bingo!! Yes! We are set! I’ve unpacked the UNO and Bingo. No need to unpack anything else. HA!
I actually won’t be unpacking that much more. We just needed room to move around!
We are using many of the boxes that are filled with books as a “wall” in the bedroom so that Thomas and Lillian each have their own “room”. These two beings wanted their own room, and by damn I have made it where I am and with what I have. Even if it’s bookshelves, boxes of books, and curtains! Will post a picture as soon as I get a few more boxes out of the way. Wahoo!!
February 13 2018:
Homeschool bowling with Thomas this afternoon. Brought back fun memories as we used to come here often when they were younger. xoxo
February 13 2018:
More treasures discovered while unpacking. Looks like 1984 was the first message received that It’s an inside job.
Figured this was the perfect opportunity to go through the keepsake box! Found some stuff to get rid of. YAY!! I LOVE lightening the load! xoxo
February 14 2018:
Yesterday morning while I was the only one awake and had not yet opened the blinds, I spotted this odd shaped rainbow on the wall (top left photo).
I looked behind to see where it could be coming from and the only opening to the sun outside was the tiny peephole across the living room.
I walked over and held my finger in front of it and that is indeed what was creating this interesting shape.
Then I just had to take bunches of pictures of the peephole! Ha! I adore Nature, the sun, the light, and the amazing colors. xoxo
February 14 2018:
I got to spend two hours today with this amazing soul!! His name is Mason, yet I’m calling him Marvelous Mason.
Marvelous Mason was born deaf and lost his eyesight about two years ago. He’s 9 years old and is the most joyful being I have ever met.
He wags his tail joyfully and loved playing tug of war with his stuffed Scooby Doo! He likes it to be thrown so he can fetch it.
It takes him a while to find it as he checks around the room smelling for it. He is not as familiar with his home here so he bumps into the wall and chairs when he’s walking around. Still staying joyful and wagging that beautiful tail!
I am deeply inspired by Marvelous Mason. As I watched him find the couch and walk alongside the couch knowing he wouldn’t bump into anything.
I get to spend another two hours with him next week too. His human can’t leave him alone due to his anxiety from not knowing this part time home (as they only live here part time). He’s taking it out on the front door and causing a wee bit of damage.
He did great with me there. We played for about 30 minutes and then he jumped on the couch, moved a pillow that was in his way, and took a nap. No attacking the door!
I’m pretty sure Marvelous Mason is sharing a story with me …. We shall see!!

Yogi tea wisdom … xoxo
February 16 2018:
Ya know those days when you’re morning meditation felt like 5 minutes, and then you have an amazing, off the charts Reiki shaman session that felt like 5 minutes too, and then you go to the grocery store and use 3 forms of payment just so you can pay the tab, and then you come home and check the mail and you receive a surprise early birthday gift of a lotus gemstone chakra pendant?
That’s the magical day I’ve had so far! Wheeee!!! Thank you Momma for the beautiful, shining gift. And the lotus is no longer a broken bird.
February 16 2018:
And then there’s this … While I was at my Reiki Shaman appointment this morning, I missed quite the rainbow show from our amazing crystal friends. Lillian had fun with this one and her shadow. I call her the Shadow Whisperer aka Shadow Fairy. Love this picture she made. xoxo
February 7 2018:
On a veggie burger marathon lately. This time on a slice of sourdough bread and then layered with sautéed onions and mushrooms, yellow mustard, ketchup, chopped dill pickle, hot and sweet jalapeño, and kalamata olives. With a side of potato medallions and cherry tomatoes. YUM!!! sEriousLy … Swoon Yummy!! xoxo
February 8 2018:
Pretty rainbow reflections with LEGO village shadow. We so much enjoy having crystals hanging in the window. Makes such beauty!
February 8 2018:
Finally gave in and I’m unpacking the boxes I had packed last summer in anticipation of our move .. that didn’t happen. Look what I found! Yes! Water balloons! Thomas and I went outside in 50 degree whether, in the dark, and tossed a water balloon. One of us came back inside wet, and it wasn’t Thomas!! We’re gonna have some fun with these!!
February 9 2018:
Turned the yummy veggie stir fry into a yummy veggie stir fry soup today. Yum, yum, yum!! xoxo

January 28 2018:
Pancakes with wild blueberry maple syrup accompanied by a side of bursting with flavor, juicy orange. My body is extremely joyful! Yum! xoxo
January 29 2018:
I had to run errands this afternoon. Every time I got back in the car, awesome music was playing. Every time. I made 5 stops. Made it so much more enjoyable!
Don’t you love it when that happens? Plus, the postal employee who helped me was joyful and happy. I should probably buy a lottery ticket! Ha! xoxoxo
(Seriously, this young man was sweet, kind, jovial, laughing, cracking jokes with me … all the while another employee was chastising him for his messy area and things he wasn’t doing right. He didn’t care! Reminded me of myself! Whateva! I’m being happy lady! Go away! )

Who else loves a good and juicy orange??? One of my favorite fruits at this time of year. Love them so much I’ve been known to eat three in one day!!! Yum!!! 🍊 👅… xoxoxo
After I posted this on facebook, a friend posted this about the color orange:
“Orange is the color of creativity and sexuality. The color Orange is the color of joy, enthusiasm and creativity and promotes a general sense of wellness. Orange stones increase and aid personal power, self-esteem and confidence.”
https://crystalhealing.blog/2018/01/20/meaning-of-orange/
And I say, “This is great!!” I have to admit I find eating an orange incredibly sensual! HA! This description is perfect … Joy and Enthusiasm too!! xoxo

And last night after the wonderful Chay Drol Healing Ceremony in South Lake Tahoe with the Gaden Shartse Monks, I just had to stop and ask Betty Boop, “Girl, aren’t you cold?” And, she replied, “Naw honey. I’ve got an internal fire that keeps me warm year ’round!” Wheeee!! xoxo

December 4 2014:
When I picked Thomas up from school yesterday he told me that he was infectious and he had infected some of his classmates. I said, “Really, what are you infected with?” ….. SMILES. He smiled at his classmates all day; which caused some of them to smile at other classmates.
He had one young man ask him why he smiled. He told him, “Cause it feels good,” and that caused the young man to smile. I am so blessed to have this infectious young man in my life. He can infect me anytime! I declare all of Team TLC infected! Watch out!
