Thomas and I got to hang out at the beautiful OdaBe today, and learn about, and participate in a traditional round dance. So beautiful. And much love and peace. Thank you Denise Sheehan … Thank you …!!! 💙💚💙

Come see Team TLC on October the 8th for the 1st Annual Children’s Business Fair!!
Thomas will have his book, Biggest Little Photographer, for sale as well as painted rocks, and Love Cards for sharing Random Acts of Love created using a bookmark he designed.
Lillian will have prints of her Egyptian Eye abstract art, one of her newly designed abstract art pieces, and handmade bookmarks!

A Team TLC stay at home day.
A nice warm house to be inside of while the wind is blowing pretty darn hard outside.
Feeling the force of the wind.
A day spent in “comfy clothes” all day long.

The opportunity to make my own schedule.
The walking trail behind our house.
Having a park within walking distance.
Nature and her beauty.
Walks with my kids.
Heat to warm my fingers when they are so cold they hurt!

Patience.
Listening to my gut.
Electricity.
A heater that decided to work again while we were at Lillian’s therapies! Baby it was cold in this house . . . 54 degrees!
Unexpected money in the mailbox when we had just spent our last $20 on groceries and the gas tank was nearing E!

The elderly woman in Walmart I was able to help. She couldn’t find her chips on the shelf. Only one bag left laying flat, pushed back and too high for her to see. Made her SO HAPPY! I floated on down the aisle after that!

Volcano eruption experiments with Thomas.

Being a part of Thomas and Lillian’s “skill” of living in the present moment.
Hearing my kids tell me how good dinner is and asking if we can have this same meal every night!
Family reading night with Thomas and Lillian – pure bliss . . .
Monday, January 9, 2012, Happiness is:
To be honest I didn’t want to write my happiness log for tonight. I’ve had a really funky day. Thomas had a rough day too which added to my funky day! 😉 The first day back at school after a break is hard for him. But I know after I write this I will go to bed much lighter and “happier”!
Watching Thomas play at the park and make friends with kids he has just met.
Cooking dinner with Thomas and Lillian.
Sitting on the couch with each of my kids snuggled beside me and reading a book to them.

Being a part of Thomas’s excitement about riding the bus to school.

”I wish I had two Moms. One could work for you so you wouldn’t have to work and you could always be here.” –Thomas {Thomas had a rough day at school today. Always rough on him going back after break. Had to dish out some tough love to Mr. T and he went to bed telling me this. Darn, I love this kid! Great ending to an otherwise kinda funky day!!}
