Lillian’s latest story in honor of #WorldWaterDay 2018 … xoxo
Once there lived a puddle of water called Juice Icicle who really wanted to be big and flowing largely. So one day, she asked his friend Jamba Drink how she could get large and flowing largely.
Jamba said, “Sure, let’s talk to Jaya about this big dream of yours.” So Juice and Jamba went to Jaya Mamba to talk to Juice’s big dream about being bigger and flow largely. When they arrived, … Go below to read more …
“You’re different than the others.” – Thomas said to me last night.
He said my responses weren’t what people would normally say. Lillian was sticking her tongue out at me and my response was, “What a beautiful, sweet tongue.” and then she tried poking me and I said, “Look at those beautiful, crooked, special little fingers. Aren’t they just amazing?”
She’s got crooked pinky fingers and her ring fingernail is bumpy due to her chromosome deletion. I had been doing that throughout day. Guess it caught his attention. HA!

“Beauty is always in you, no matter what people say.” ~Britney “Where Would You Fly and Other Magical Stories” written by Lillian Darnell of Team TLC … from Tele in Reno, Nevada
“If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours. He will put some things behind, will pass an invisible boundary; new, universal, and more liberal laws will begin to establish themselves around and within him; or the old laws be expanded, and interpreted in his favor in a more liberal sense, and he will live with the license of a higher order.” – Henry David Thoreau
What better day to officially celebrate? Here’s to a successful creation and launch of Where Would You Fly and the final book to complete the trio for Team TLC … Definitely not the last!
It reached the Top 100 on the US Amazon site and Top 50 on the UK site. It has flown to Australia, The Netherlands, Northern Ireland, England, and from sea to shining sea in the United States.
She has received the most beautiful and heart warming reviews on Amazon and two bulk orders. And the local Reno Nevada KOLO 8 news segment has been viewed around the world.
This definitely called for a pile of gluten free white powdered donuts! Here’s to pursuing ones calling. Here’s to doing it different. Here’s to stickin with it. Heres to vowing to listen to ones heart. Here’s to us. And, most importantly, here’s to YOU!!! Oceans of love!!
Every 3rd of the month is “Lillian Independence Day” … Lillian and I choose tasks that I still help her with and she takes them over!
This month: Using scissors to open plastic food packages (rather than asking me to open), brushing her hair after I wash it, and straightening her bed covers. I really like Lillian Independence Day!! xoxo
Good morning! Just a wee quick broadcast to kick off the “Official Book Launch” for “Where Would You Fly” … There will be a few more throughout the day! Thank you! xoxo
In this live broadcast I share about a fun map we created showing where the book has flown so far and I ask Lillian what is her favorite story in the book. To clarify she loves them all; yet, the story she mentions is her favorite! xoxo
We give update on how it’s going with the book launch and I ask Lillian “What inspires her stories” … Thank you so much everyone! xoxo
Hellooooo again!! Just an update on this book launch day!! I ask Lillian how it feels being a published author and at what age she began writing. We also talk about the current Amazon rating and how reviews come into play. Thanks so much everyone! xoxo
Last one for the Book Launch!! In this video we answer a question from one of you … “What advice would you give to someone who is thinking they might want to write a book but they are afraid they won’t be any good at it or maybe no one would want to read what they wrote?”
Lillian answers first. Then, I chime in … I am deeply, SoulFully passionate about this topic! So happy someone asked this!
Thank you from the depths of my heart for EVERYTHING today!!! May the blessings of your kindness shower upon you as you sleep and throughout your day … Namaste … xoxo
The book has reached the 100’s in its category!!! YAY! Started out this morning in the 900’s! Thank you, Thank you!! If there’s anyone who already has the book and is willing to write a review on Amazon that would be GREAT! The reviews help just as well as the purchases!! Oceans of gratitude! xoxo
March 2 2018:
Oh WOW!! Came home from date day with Thomas to find “Where Would You Fly” has flown to the top 50 in the United Kingdom in her category of Fairy Tales!! You GO Girl!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you … xoxo
We got to add a few more pins to the map! A couple of more to Australia and bunches in the United States! Why is this map so fun? Hahaha!! We’re having a ball with it! If you click on the map it will take you to an interactive map where you can zoom in and out and move around the world!
If you purchased a book from Amazon, please let me know so I can add your city, state, country to the map. YAY! The purple pins have cool photos embedded of the book having reached its destination!
Lillian cracks me up!!! This year for her multicultural project she chose hieroglyphics and for one of the genres she chose to write a letter. I explained to her last night that it needed to match the period and not mention modern stuff. Just got done reading it! Awesome! Next we translate it into hieroglyphics using this cool website we found!
“Dear Winterius,
Hi there Winterius! I am bringing over your cow that I had borrowed in November through March. Even though it’s May I’m making my way over to your temple. Tell your mother I’m coming. It just happened that my animals had run away so I’m wondering if you can help me work. Is that okay with you? In fact, it’s the whole reason I’d borrowed your cow for. I’m very sorry that I didn’t tell you before because it’s so unusual for the animals to disappear. Are you married to anyone yet? You are 12. You should be married to a man named Sirius because he knows about all laws and is the pharaoh so you’ll be the pharaoh so when you leave for any dead pharaoh in any area to make a pyramid.
Your Egyptian Friend,
Lilawintercoric
P.S.
I love having you at my temple! Bye now!”
**Update – March 12 2018: I missed getting this one in Lillian’s debut book, Where Would You Fly? …. If you’d like to learn more about her book, go here …. https://www.LillianDarnell.com/author
