When I stepped outside last night to take in our beautiful sunset … I caught a glimpse of the fairy princess that visits us. Laid flat on the ground and took some pictures of her twirling in the sunset sky show before she disappeared. Perhaps she’ll have her wings showing next time!

These fun ducks followed Thomas from the moment we started our walk, across 3 bridges, and back to where we started … All the way around!! (A little under a mile) He talked with them and cheered them on. So fun!!

Wonderful walk with Lillian Darnell this afternoon. Incredibly grateful to and for Nature. I just adore the cormorants too! They seem so mysterious. Finally got the egret in flight!

Big Washoe Lake this afternoon. Oh my gosh! It’s dried up!! I had no idea as we haven’t been here in about a year! Barbara told me on Friday that it was all dry and we just had to go see for ourselves.

We played at Little Washoe Lake yesterday after I finished facilitating the Emotional Connexion exercise at Barbara’s workshop. It was so beautiful and peaceful. xoxo

He dragged this huge tree limb into the lake and it was his boat for about an hour. It was beautiful watching him sail his boat to the middle of the lake. Love, love, love. Wonderful solo afternoon walk. These trees. Just love the art show they produce.
I had such a feel good time in the grocery store this morning spreading loving kindness.
Ran into a friend and shared hugs and yummy conversation, got some items off the top shelf for another shopper, and while in line suggested a book to another customer and the cashier.
Plus, came home with good food. Having good food in the fridge and pantry just feels good. Incredibly grateful for natures beauty, the food nature provides, and days like these.

Walk with Thomas a couple weeks ago. I am so incredibly blessed by this one who is deeply true to his heart. Thank you nature for another wonderful and heartfull walk.

She’s back!! First time for Lillian leaving the house after two weeks of healing from a nasty fall. We made it a shorter walk than usual and it was beautiful and refreshing. xoxoxo
September 30 2017:
Solo walk this afternoon. Sat with my tree buddy for a good long while watching the sun sparkles dance on the lake ripples (video attached).
Then back to walking to take in the beautiful fall leaves, the sound of the leaves as the wind blew through them, the sound of the geese munching on grass, and the grace of nature.
Ended the walk by sitting on a big rock, feeling the breeze, soaking in the sun, overlooking the lake, and chatting with a complete stranger like we’d known one another for years. What a wonderful walk. xoxo

Sunset walk with Thomas. Lillian is still recovering from the fall she took on Friday. The cool down has begun.

Such an incredibly beautiful sky this afternoon. I received a special treat from a beautiful friend and this is the amazing sky that blessed me as I left her place and headed to volunteering at the library. Thank you Kathy!!!!

So wonderful to spend an evening chatting with you Barbara Richmond Chastain …. and roasting vegan, gluten free marshmallows! Yum!!! Love this campground …. So incredibly beautiful!!! Plus, what a treat to give you Reiki fireside in the quiet of the darkness. So peaceful and infusing. Those trees filled me up!!! See you again in October when y’all come back this way!!

Pouring rain and a walk with Thomas = Refreshing combination! Although, my legs are still cold!! We returned home dripping wet and ready to get warm.
