March 12 2018:

Team TLC sunset walk. Incredible variety of beauty by way of colors, clouds, ducks, coots, the sun, and dried mud. And this wee little wood fragment heart.

Check out the heart shaped mud clump I found.

At Thomas’ request we had a great time moving through feelings and emotions as we dug up chunks of dried mud. And we brought our clumps home with us! Just cause.

Mesmerizing and Love and Angels and Snow Melt and Spring and Peaceful and Beautiful

March 6 2018:

Thomas and I went for a walk this afternoon. The clouds and sun were incredibly mesmerizing. He and I still mourn the beautiful and majestic tree that stood where Thomas is standing. He’s imagining that it’s still there and he’s climbed it. Love nature and trees deeply.

Beautiful Moments Together and Grateful for the Magic and Mystery

February 11 2018:

Cold walk with Thomas yesterday afternoon. Brrr! Winter is not done sharing with us yet. The cold was too much for my phone and it died, so no more photos after these. No matter. Thomas and I shared beautiful moments together.

February 13 2018:

I am so incredibly grateful for the magic and mystery of life. The mind stands in a stunned state, while my heart and soul say, “Yes, this is the way it can always be.”

Immensely grateful that I am listening and writing. As during journal writing a few mornings ago, the words that came forth finally helped me to understand something that I have been confused about for years.

And once I started applying it, over the past few days …..

Simply magical and jaw dropping results. Hugely, hugely, hugely grateful to and for all of you, Mother Nature, writing, and Thomas and Lillian.

February 14 2018:

Amazing solo walk yesterday afternoon. Just WOW!!

I love the mystery of going for a walk and listening for that strong urge that whispers, “Take a picture now. Squat for this one. Kneel for this one. Lie down on the ground for this.” It’s so fun to see where it leads and the photos that are made. xoxo

Sunny, peaceful, feel-good walk with Lillian this afternoon. Sat for a while this time.

Solo walk this afternoon. As many times as I’ve taken this same walk, I still come across new rock love. Love, sweet love …

February 2 2018:

Virginia Foothills Park this afternoon to hit tennis balls and enjoy a short walk.

I’ve been incredibly grumpy today which has involved much unfiltered commentary and language. I’m incredibly blessed I can share with Thomas and Lillian that, frankly, there was much anger within me today. And, I can further apologize for my colorful language, letting them know I’m doing the best I can at processing it.

And … they give me the space and understanding I need. Blessed we three chose one another. xoxo ..

My “word of the day” on Friday was an F-word that wasn’t Friday!! There was much anger and bitterness within me. I knew why it was there, and also knew it was a conditioned response.

So I did my best to let myself stay with it and not push it away. The discomfort was there most of the day, yet by end of day had released some and yesterday morning had released fully. It was an amazing and magical day!!

What is this strange

Lillian and Camilla January 2018 Date Day –

First stop: We shared Parmesan sea salt fries and jalapeño cheddar bread. Dessert of Mexican wedding cookie for me and gingerbread bar for her. Here’s to 15 and a half years of once a month Date days!!

Second stop – One of our favorite parks and walking trails for throwing the frisbee and a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet walk. xoxo

High Energy and Low Energy and Wild and Crazy Wind

January 14 2018:

Solo walk yesterday. It was a high energy day yesterday. Complete opposite today. Feel like I was up all night doing strenuous work. And I slept hard all night. HA! This interesting and magical thing called life …. I will have to request the night off tonight from whatever I was working on in my sleep!!

January 18 2018:

Solo walk this afternoon. Wild and crazy wind kicking up itty bitty white caps in this tiny lake. (Pictures a tad blurry as I couldn’t hold my arms still from the wind blowing so hard!!) This walk felt so incredibly good. Gratitude and love overflowed and blew away in the winds. Amazing!! The wind was Wild!! Suited me and my inner Wild Woman! xoxoxoxo
