**THROWBACK POST**
June 4 2015:
Great walk tonight after a busy day. I love that they love going for walks and Lillian likes taking pictures with me. xoxo
April 21 2020:
Went to go to bed. Thomas. You crack me up with your randomness.
May 5 2020
He has sensory issues, first of all, and has really thick hair. And, does not like nails or hair … anything that requires maintenance! Why do we have to have hair and nails???? He’s serious, too!

Thomas randomness. Found on the kitchen table: One red, squishy octopus. I’m so blessed by Thomas. He brings laughter every single day!

Thomas and Camilla May 2020 Date Day
Part 1: Lunch for pick up from Bangkok Cuisine
This is exactly what I wanted, have been wanting for a few months. Great selection of vegan items, too.
I had Vegan Fresh Rolls with peanut sauce for an appetizer; which I split with Thomas, Penang Curry for the main course, followed by an amazing dessert of Sweet Rice with Coconut. 😋😋😋
Thomas had Chicken Penang Curry, Thai Omelet with Tomato & Onions, and Sweet Rice with Mangos fir dessert.
Part 2: A walk in a new-to-Thomas spot. He liked it!!

Thomas and Camilla April 2020 Date Day
First “stop”: Lunch from Teriyaki Madness. Spicy chicken bowl for Thomas. Spicy tofu bowl for me. Eaten at The TLC Casa. 💚💚💚
Tip for vegans: Ask them to cook your dish in a wok, otherwise it is fried in the same oil as the meat dishes. They were happy to make it work so I didn’t have to order lunch from two different places.
Second stop: Washoe Lake

Here’s to a lovely day!
I just received this photo from The Romano Duo and it hit me with all the feels, causing my eyes to pool with liquid joy, love, laughter, and sadness … all at the same time. (Do you see Team TLC’s photos? HA! They are so fun!)
We are so happy we got to see them in person yesterday, as we stood on the 2nd floor patio, and they stayed down below outside the front door. That was fun and wonderful! (They brought chairs and sat down in the shade. Ha!)
I am incredibly thankful to be healthy, to have food, a beautiful place to live, that Thomas, Lillian and I are together, and that we share this life together.
For many years I have written morning pages/ journal writing, and for the past month I have been closing with 3 things for which I am grateful. It’s a powerful practice if anyone would like to try it. Don’t just list what you’re grateful for, expand on it with why you are grateful. You just may feel your shoulders relax, your jaw unclench, and feel a tad bit lighter afterwards. Sending oceans of love to all … xoxo

8 years in the making …. Team TLC – Thomas, Lillian, Camilla … 3 family members …. 4 published books …. There are more to come. However, I need to take this year to press the reset button, for my physical health and for the emotional health of Thomas and Lillian. We’ve drifted from the Team in our Team TLC; which I know will happen as they get older. Yet, I’ve let vital areas slip by the wayside over the past 4 or 5 years, especially this last year.
One major struggle is about to end for us. Once that gift is showered upon us, the rebuilding of Team TLC begins. Of course it will look and feel different than when Thomas and Lillian were younger, and that’s the beauty of it, tempered with the longing of the way it used to be.
I get the feeling the next book will be authored by all three of us. We shall see. I never really know until I become focused on the book’s creation. xoxo
There were days
She could see no reason to continue
There were days
Shrouded in darkness and despair
There were days
Bubbling with joy and love
There were days
She knew the reason to continue
These were the days
The 18,250 days of riding the wheels of her life.

Creating more mini poems and messages to hide in Words of Alchemy. Tedious Yet, there’s nothing like the feeling when phrases come together for a perfect fit. 🖤
