We have many movies that we watch every November and December. I’ve put this list together in the hopes that you find a sweet gem of a movie you had not known about. We tend to enjoy a combination of the classic black and white movies along with modern classics. As well as Lillian’s love of the “Barbie” movies. Here ya go!

I’m still adding to this list as I found a few we haven’t seen yet! So excited! If we enjoy them, I’ll come back and add to this! They’re all oldies!

Although these are links to the movies on Amazon, most of these can be found at local libraries. That’s where we get our movies! I really like the images rather than just plain text for the movie. And, also, these are Amazon affiliate links. Movie Night: Song of the Sea

Team TLC movie night: Lillian’s choice – “ Song of the Sea” … We’ve seen this in years past; yet, Lillian wanted to watch it again.

Lillian says, “Good, fairly good for Halloween, musical, favorite character is the mother, good moral, and suspenseful.”

I say, “Beautiful tale of saving the spirit world and saving the world of magic.”

First Dinner with The Romano Duo and Dark Chocolate

First dinner with The Romano Duo in their new place in Dayton. What a treat!!! They made me my own pot of vegetarian pasta sauce!

For fun, we drove through Virginia City on the way here. We’ll leave earlier next time so we can stop for pictures.

Next time we’re gonna have the ingredients so I can have a virgin Bloody Mary!!! It’ll be just like old times, but different! We all had a great time!!! 🎉🎉🎉

I walked in Trader Joe’s to get a few items and walked out with Dark chocolate heaven. Wow!! 🖤🍫🖤

Wonderful walk this afternoon. I’ve come such a long way in living a heart centered life aligned with my beliefs, not being concerned with what that looks like to others, nor whether others approve.

Yet, when the “disapproval” is from the ones I’ve been blessed to call my kids; I’ve still got some work to do. Big ole trigger. Went for a walk so I could be with that sucky trigger, feeling it, and loving it. Deeply grateful for love and Nature. 💚🍁🧡💙🌏💙🧡🍁💚

Amazing sky to match the breathtaking colors on today’s walk. Deeply grateful for the internal alchemy nature facilitates. Love, love, love … 🍁🧡

October 24 2018:

Today’s hour long walk was about clouds, colors, and reflections. Ahhhh …. Deep gratitude … 💙💙💙

October 25 2018:

Walk with Thomas this afternoon. Gorgeous nature and beautiful Thomas. I love them both so very much. 🍁💛💛💛

And, check out the orbs on the last picture. WOW! Oh my gosh! I just noticed the 4 orbs climbing Mt. Rose! I have never seen orbs like that!!

Movie Night: The Canterville Ghost

Team TLC movie night: Thomas’ choice – “Canterville Ghost” …. We’ve watched this every October for many years now. I thought we’d skip this year; yet, Thomas wanted to watch it again.

Thomas says, “I like it and it’s good.”

I say, “Just a great feel good movie. Love watching it with Thomas and Lillian!”

Lillian says, “Good, few similarities to the newer version, liked some of the music, liked the mansion, great for Halloween, and pretty good moral.”

So yummy breakfast this morning! Wild blueberry pumpkin pancakes with a side of skillet fried red potatoes and sweet onions, topped with Daiya cheese and a ribbon of ketchup! Incredibly good! 🎃

October 18 2018:

Just got done wearing my Boogie Shoes, Letting it Whip, giving the Best of My Love, and almost Upside Down … That was a FUN dance party!!

Brought back memories of dancing all throughout my life. I love me some dancing! I can totally bust a move! xoxo

Thank you Reno Buddhist Center’s Moon Rabbit Cafe and all of the volunteers for tonight’s “Pay What You Can” dinner! Latin Harvest Moon Rabbit Cafe Dinner was delicious!

We began with fresh salsa, tortilla chips, and cornbread with Mexican hot chocolate. I absolutely loved the salsa. So good!

Main course of black bean tacos for me and chicken tacos for Thomas, with a side salad and Spanish rice. That was The Best taco I’ve ever had! Yum! Followed by dessert of vegan apple crisp. 🧡🧡🧡
