Team TLC mini road trip today …. Reno to Carson City to Dayton to Silver Springs to Gold Hill to Virginia City to Reno. Loved this so much.

Team TLC movie night: Lillian’s choice – “Finding Dory” – We put this on hold through the library in December. There were about 90 holds ahead of us. HA!
Lillian says, “Good, awesome, 100% recommended, favorite part was the end and the “keep on swimming” scene and the truck scene, like the outtakes and bloopers at the end, inspirational, emotional, and fantastic!”
I say, “Great and fun feel good movie. What mirrored for me is that lessons taught to us as children are there in our subconscious, even if we don’t remember where that lesson/story/belief came from. Whether it’s good or bad, it sinks in …. Love that Lillian finally got to watch this!”
Thomas says, “It was really good, yet not as good as people were saying. Much better effects than many movies.”
March 12 2017:
“The paper towels are in the dishwasher … along with the light bulbs.” – Me to Thomas yesterday as he was helping to clean. What you use the dishwasher for when you don’t use it and have extremely limited storage space. xoxo

We got to enjoy our first dinner outside today! Fist bump toast for that! Wahoo!
Busy, busy day of working on blogs and then more purging and organizing. About seven years of downsizing, purging, and simplifying and I still find more to throw out or pass on.

Just home from Alchemist Salon for Giants [discussion group] …. Thank you Matthew McDowell and Jessica Levity Daylover of Alchemist Theatre (including ALL of the Alchemist chiefs). I am deeply grateful for the space, synchronicity, events, and discussions over these past three months.
I was moved in December 2016 to have as my 2017 theme, “The Shift”. I knew not what this entailed. Yet, I agreed to it, signed up, and jumped in with all my heart.
It has definitely not been easy, nor fun, yet the freedom from the past, and from anxiety and fear, is worth every freaking second! There is so much shift happening on so many levels and I am beyond thankful that part of the shift involves all of you. So much love …. xoxo

It’s been an intense five weeks. Five weeks of swimming into the depths of my own darkness and shadows. What a wild and crazy ride. The curtain has lifted and the stage is set for the shift ….
From our walk this afternoon. I am so grateful for these two kids who have held space for me. And for always being incredibly patient with my picture taking.

We received a Royal Mail package yesterday. Thank you Melissa Susan Sheard for the care package. Now we can say we’ve tasted Marmite! WOW!!! It’s salty, for sure!
March 8 2017:
Physical therapy day for Lillian. As I was getting back in the car I was moved by the books she’s reading. How did she know I want to learn calligraphy? The other is mine, but she got to it first!
April will be our last month for physical therapy. So much excited about this! We may return to physical therapy after summer, yet not here as I don’t feel she needs weekly appointments. We’ve been coming here for about 6 years.
Plus, I will try to talk Lillian into something different to pinpoint the areas that still need developing … yoga or some kind of dance? We shall see. Hallelujah for endings, new beginnings and new adventures! xoxo

This afternoon was our bi-weekly library visit! This time with a twist. Thomas got to take part in the South Valleys Coding Club at 4:00. It was very basic using Scratch; which he already knows. Yet, they will progress from there. We LOVE the library!!

Team TLC movie night: Lillian’s choice: “Pot O’Gold” – 2nd time around for this one.
Lillian says, “Good, musical, classic, funny, awesome, and 100% recommended.”
I say, “Just a fun lighthearted show. Love James Stewart in this one. Great comedy about fast improvising. Loved seeing it again as it’s been a couple of years.”
Thomas says, “I like it. A good classic. Like how they keep tricking each other, like the title a lot. Very good movie. My favorite character is Jimmy (James Stewart) and liked them all.”
