Lillian Darnell and Camilla March 2018 Date Day – 1st stop:

Lunch and dessert – Parmesan fries for Lillian followed by a yummy iced shortbread bunny cookie!

Roasted potato and garlic pasta for me followed by a vegan gingerbread cookie! That potato was delicious!! And the gingerbread cookie was the perfect sweet and spicy treat to follow the garlic pasta. Sigh!! Yum!!

Next: Smelling yummy soaps. Lavender mint and coconut milk. Smelled incredibly delicious!!

Last stop: One of our favorite parks. Reading first with this amazing view and then going for a beautiful walk.

HDMS Multicultural night was a blast! I got to help serve the awesome array of South American dishes brought in by the families of Candelaria students. Thomas was super excited to perform the Happy Dance with his classmates. He said he was so happy he almost cried. All performances were amazing! We got to travel to South America, Asia, ancient Egypt, The Renaissance, The Galapagos Islands, and Meso-America .. Mayan, Inca and Aztecs …

Such wonderful people!

March 12 2018:

Team TLC sunset walk. Incredible variety of beauty by way of colors, clouds, ducks, coots, the sun, and dried mud. And this wee little wood fragment heart.

Check out the heart shaped mud clump I found.

At Thomas’ request we had a great time moving through feelings and emotions as we dug up chunks of dried mud. And we brought our clumps home with us! Just cause.

Trees and snow …. Nature’s art show is incredibly amazing and beautiful today.

This lil cutie that I get to walk … She loved the snow today! Bouncing through it and chomping big mouthfuls. So fun watching her!

March 15 2018:

Thomas and Camilla March 2018 date day …

Second stop – We came home after lunch, went to the lodge, and played a game of pool. Then, walked back home. Kept it short and simple this time.

First stop – Lunch!!

Vegetarian for me: Egg rolls and Szechuan eggplant cooked and served in a clay pot. Deeply yummy!!!

We split dessert of a giant slice of coconut cake. We kinda devoured the cake! Delicious and not too sweet .. I’m a huge fan of desserts that aren’t overly sweet. Thomas had the sushi bar.

What a blessing all of you are … Truly. When we visit …. nothing else matters … Gugga Magga … Love you so much Barbara Richmond Chastain….

It filled me up chatting with all of you … Melinda Bourke Blackwell, Fran Melino, and Carole Bucher too!!! And, what did y’all say to Thomas? He’s been cleaning his “room” since we got home.

It feels like home when hanging out with all of you. Family definitely does not have to be by way of blood. xoxo

Mesmerizing and Love and Angels and Snow Melt and Spring and Peaceful and Beautiful

March 6 2018:

Thomas and I went for a walk this afternoon. The clouds and sun were incredibly mesmerizing. He and I still mourn the beautiful and majestic tree that stood where Thomas is standing. He’s imagining that it’s still there and he’s climbed it. Love nature and trees deeply.
